Chakradhar is an Charted Accountant professional with over 13 years of rich experience in product development, technology consulting and services as well as staff augmentation. As the Founder & Managing Director of the Company, he is primarily responsible for transforming business significantly by expanding McSEN’s services offerings and operations globally. He moved to United States in the year 1998; possess Green Card since year 2005.

Achievements:
1. 2005 Best Businessman award of the year, from NRCC, Washington DC, USA in the presence of President George W Bush.
2. First Indian company who became member of German American chamber of commerce member in the year 2000.
3. Founder and CEO of McSEN Technologies Inc., whose turnover is $2M approx for the year 2006 and over 1.5M$ in terms of company salaries.

Nagaraju Adari - Resident Director
Nagaraju Adari is the Resident Director of the Company with a seasoned experience of over 30 years in innovating and nurturing new business with particular passions for consulting. He has been instrumental in setting up strategic business units and plays a major role in operational policies and emphasizes on process excellence to leverage qualitative output and robust system.

He has handled various leadership roles in business, delivery, structuring and enabling transformation of client business.

Nagaraju Adari has earned a Masters degree in Arts with focus on business process outsourcing staff augmentations.
